Why Print2Verifactu
Everything You Need for Compliance
No software change required. No complex setup. No technical knowledge needed.
Just Print
Print your invoice from ANY software — your POS, Excel, Word, ERP, or custom app. Print2Verifactu acts as a virtual printer that captures your document automatically.
Automatic AEAT Submission
In VeriFactu mode, invoice records are processed and submitted automatically to AEAT. No VeriFactu mode retains records locally with the applicable safeguards.
🔒 "No VeriFactu" Mode
Print2Verifactu also supports "No VeriFactu" operating mode: invoice data is securely signed and stored locally without automatic upload to AEAT. Full data control.
QR Code
Every processed invoice gets the mandatory QR code and the "VERI*FACTU" label, allowing your customers to verify the invoice directly on the AEAT website.
Digital Signature & Hash Chain
Every record is cryptographically signed and chained to the previous one, ensuring tamper-proof, immutable invoicing records as required by Royal Decree 1007/2023.
Works With Any Software
Whether you use SAP, Sage, ContaPlus, FacturaPlus, a custom ERP, or even Excel — if it can print, it works with Print2Verifactu. No integration required.
Complete Audit Trail
Full event log with timestamps, access records, and modification history. Always ready for AEAT inspections with a comprehensive, legally compliant audit trail.
Simple Process
Three Steps to Full Compliance
Setup takes less than 5 minutes. Then just keep working as always.
01
Install & Configure
Download Print2Verifactu and install it like any normal program. Enter your company details and tax certificate. A setup wizard guides you through every step in under 5 minutes.
02
Print Your Invoice
From any software — your POS system, accounting tool, or even Word — simply select " Print2Verifactu" as your printer. The document is captured and processed instantly.
03
Process records in the selected mode
Print2Verifactu processes the invoice records and QR code. VeriFactu mode submits records to AEAT; No VeriFactu mode retains records locally. Check the requirements that apply to your activity.
